MicroLuxx mats feature traditional nylon fibers blended with finer denier fibers that work together to absorb more moisture than standard mats.
  • Superior Moisture & Dust Control - Unique "microfiber" blend absorbs and retains 2.5 times more moisture and dust than standard carpeted mats
  • Resilient - High-twist, heat-set nylon resists crushing to better trap dirt and extend the useful life of the mat
  • Fade Resistant - Solution-dyed nylon is resistant to fading and impervious to bleach
  • Safe - Certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI)
  • Commercially launderable
  • Available in 6 colors on durable nitrile rubber with three backing options (smooth, cleated, or suction) to ensure the mat stays in place on your floor
  • Free worldwide shipping
  • Free returns
  • Carbon neutral
  • Secure payments
  • In stock, ready to ship
  • Inventory on the way

Recommended for indoor use at commercial entryways, in lobbies or any interior location where additional traction or moisture control is needed.

Custom sizes may be ordered in 3' (35"), 4' (45"), 5' (58"), or 6' (68") widths and lengths up to 40'.

Please note, mat sizes are approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

MicroLuxx mats can be cleaned in several different ways.

  • They can be commercially laundered (see Laundering Instructions)
  • Vacuumed regularly (daily in high-traffic areas; weekly in lower-traffic applications),
  • Cleaned with an extractor and laid flat to dry.

Mats should always be dry before they are placed back in service, and cooled before rolling.

MicroLuxx mats that are backed with nitrile rubber can be commercially laundered.  Proper laundering will prolong the life of the mat by preventing the buildup of soil and soap residue.  For heavy soil, increase temperature to max 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).  Break should not exceed pH of 9.5; use low pH non-ionic detergents.

  1. Flush 2-3 minutes, medium water level, 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)
  2. Flush (optional) 2-3 minutes, medium water level, 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)
  3. Break 2-3 minutes, high water level, 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)
  4. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold
  5. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold
  6. Extract (low speed) 1-2 minutes
  7. Shake out (rotate wheel at wash speed with drain open) 1 minute
  8. Extract (low speed) 3-5 minutes
  9. Dry 5-10 minutes, 180 degrees F (82 degrees C) basket temp.
  10. Cool down 5 minutes
  11. Lay mats flat following removal from washer or dryer. Allow to cool before rolling.

Do not over-dry mats; basket temperature of dryer should not exceed 180 degrees F (82 degrees C).  If mats are not dried, final rinse can be increased to 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).  This will reduce moisture retention following extraction.
